Loweswater Gold
Loweswater Gold was first brewed in 2006 in the old Loweswater Brewery.
A true golden ale it is brewed using three malts including lager and Maris Otter together with German hops.
Bursting with tropical flavour it is an outstanding beer.
It has won many awards including the Pendle Beer Festival, Cumbrian Microbrewers challenge aswell as being judged best golden ale in the North West in 2009. It went on to be a finalist Champion Beer of Britain 2009.
In bottled form it was judged the SIBA Best Bottled Beer of the North in 2009.
